Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is currently seeking a scheduling/ treatment coordinator . We are a fun, busy, fast growing Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic multi specialty office located in White House, TN. The ideal candidate would be a friendly, team player and love children. You must be able to have excellent communication, computer and customer service skills. Duties include answering phones, greeting patients, verifying insurance, scheduling patient appointments, confirming appointments, and discussing treatment plans with patients, Marketing experience would be helpful. Cookeville-Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
In search of an orthodontic treatment coordinator who is energetic, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to work in a fast paced environment. Applicants should be detail-oriented, motivated team members with great communication skills and computer skills. Primary duty will be to present Treatment Plans, verify insurance benefits, build a relationship with our patients and families. Orthodontic experience is required
Requirements – The Treatment Coordinator (TC) is responsible for a variety of educational and financial duties including conducting patient consultations during exam appointments; calculating fees for treatment; coordinating patient financial arrangements; and educating patients. The selected individual may also be required to assist with general front office duties.
Treatment Coordinator (TC) is a valued member of the Orthodontic team. The primary responsibilities of the TC are to spend time with patients seeking Orthodontic care and answer questions related to plan treatment and corresponding fees. Someone who is responsible to ensure that patients leave well informed, with all their questions answered about treatment and related insurance coverage and patient share of fees. The TC will ensure that patients receive a great experience and understand fully the treatment diagnosed by the Orthodontist, and the associated fees
- Obtain high treatment acceptance by explaining treatment diagnosed by the doctor, cost of treatment and financial alternatives.
- Exceed patient expectations in customer service and achieve production and collection goals.
- Greet, communicate and keep patients informed about their visit.
- Explain treatment plans to patients.
